Hi! I’m Kristin.

I’m a millennial mom of three, a certified personal trainer, and a nutrition coach who’s passionate about helping others improve their quality of life—so they can feel healthier, happier, and truly thrive in every season. At 37, I’ve learned that transformation doesn’t come from perfection or extremes, but from small, intentional steps that turn into sustainable lifestyle habits.

I created The Sustainable Living Method as a place to share my story, my successes, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way—while offering coaching and guidance to those who are ready to create real, lasting change in their own lives.
